What’s your MOQ (minimum order quantity) after the sample ?

For beanies: 50pcs.
For all other hats: 50pcs.
For all clothing: 100pcs.

Can you make one sample first ? How much ?

Yes, of course. Sample fee is based on your sample design, we can talk about sample details first, then we can check sample fee for you.

The sample fee can be deducted in bulk orders ?

Yes, the sample fee can be deducted if bulk order is over 500pcs/style.

All parts of the product can be customized ?

Yes, of course. Logo, label, fabric, even package, all can be customized.

Can you help me to make a design or mock up ?

Yes, we have professional designers who can make the design or mock up for you.

Can you send me product photos or videos to check before shipping ?

Yes, of course.

How do you control your quality ?

We have QC team, every production step will be checked carefully, ensure final products are perfect and 100% correct.

If I don’t like the sample or bulk products, what’s the solutions ?

First we will make all product details to let you check before production, and will send you pics or videos to confirm once any production update, when whole sample or bulk products finished, will send you pics or videos to check again, ensure final product is 100% correct and perfect.

Although pics & videos are correct before shipping, I find some questions suddenly after receiving the products, how do you solve it ?

If it is indeed our mistake, we will make same qty & same style asap(100% free, no extra fee), then ship to you. Or return part money to you directly. Pls don't worry, it is very very rare, because our QC team is very careful and strict.

Can I change product details in the production stage ?

It depends, if we are making the hats already, sorry we can’t.
But if we haven't started to make them, then we can change it. We will confirm the process with the production team first and then get back to you where we are, if we can change, we will try our best to make it happen.

Can I make some changes after I see the sample, before bulk production ?

Yes, for essential changes.
In the first step, the correct mock-up is made for your review and approval before actual sampling.
In the actual production, we will pay attention to detail. Before shipment, we will send you the clear pictures/video for your checking.
After receiving the samples, once there are some changes, we will discuss further how to change.
If need extra costs we will let you know in advance. In a word, we will recommend the best and most reasonable way we can do it for you.

Can you send me the catalog as a reference ?

Yes, of course. We only make custom products, no stocks. The catalog does not contain all the products we made. However, we would like to show some hats we made for your style checking. You can choose a hat style with your custom design!

What about the production time ?

Usually sample production time is about 10-14 days after receiving the payment, bulk production time is about 20-30 days after receiving the payment.

Why there is a little bit color difference sometimes between photos and real products ?

Different light environments and different display devices all will result slight color difference question, we suggest to check colors by Standard Pantone Card, it can help us much to avoid this question.

About Shipping

What shipping ways do you offer ?

1. DHL, FedEx and UPS, shipping time is 3-5 days.
2. Special Airplane Way, shipping time is 10-12 days.
3. Special Sea Way, shipping time is 15-25 days.
According to the quantity, deadline and budget, we will suggest the most proper shipping way.

What about the shipping fee ? Can you provide cheaper way ?

Shipping fee is based on product quantity mainly. We will check with our shipping agent first, the lowest shipping fee is…… If the price is still too high, you can check if you can find a cheaper way, for example use your own shipping account, that is also a better solution.

About Payment

What payment methods do you accept ?

Alibaba Trade Assurance, Credit Card, Western Union, MoneyGram, PayPal, Online Transfer, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, T/T, L/C, etc.

What are your payment terms ?

For sample orders, we require full payment.
For bulk orders, we require 30-70% deposit before starting production, then pay the balance before bulk products shipped.

Can I pay after receiving the products ?

We have to get the payment first, because it takes much cost to make the products. You can check our quality before ordering. First we are willing to send you some pics/videos and some brands we worked with, so you can know more about us. We have worked with over 5500 brands so far, as the company policy, all the goods have to be paid before shipping, thanks for your understanding.

What does the whole order amount contain ?

The whole order amount contains product price, shipping fee and bank hand fee, no other fee.
